This hotel was fantastic base for exploring Chiang Mai, appreciated it. Only 10 min walk to downtown. The breakfast was included and consisted of jam, tea and butter. The cozy atmosphere when you walk in. In addition, free WiFi was a plus.

We really loved hotel's location and facilities. The room was big, so we were very pleased. Cleaning staff had a real "can do" approach. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was handy. Too bad that we were in a hurry, but we would definitely book here again.

Wat phra singh could be reached without difficulty as it' s 1 mile away. We really enjoyed the room
